Mash up game

Lets play the "mash up" game.

It's when we take two things and put them together to create a new thing.

It's something I enjoy playing both at work and at home over the dinner table - perfect for the school holidays.

Some examples:

  • Mash up leadership development and school holidays to get .... a leadership retreat led by teachers on how to inspire a group of unruly kids (useful for some workplaces lol).

  • Mash up coaching and uber to get .... an uber driver coach who can have an active coaching session with you whilst driving you around town.

  • Mash up meetings and fine art to get .... meetings that at the end of which everyone needs to agree on a visual representation of what was discussed

Hopefully, you get the idea.

It's a fun game, great for creativity and on a serious note can open up previously unconsidered options.

Why not use it as a check-in to a meeting this week to get people into a different headspace. And definitely give it an outing at your dinner table.

The kids will love it!
