But it wasn’t always this way.

I spent my first 15 years in HR telling people what not to do. My job was to hire the best and brightest talent, then try to control them with endless policies and paperwork.

When I co-founded the rapidly growing technology company Vend, I knew we could do better. I threw out all of the conventional management theories and learned what really works….

Leadership Development

Improve and sustain leadership behaviours with customised skill-building and coaching.

Leaders set the tone for your organisation. The Leadership Development programme grows your middle and senior managers so they can lead with clarity and confidence.

We’ll start by defining the skills your organisation needs in your leaders. I’ll write a leadership charter for your team and conduct 360 assessments for each team member.

Once we’ve determined where your leaders are and where they need to be, you’ll receive a customized programme to grow their skills. The standard programme is 5 sessions, including 2 on-site workshops 2-3 weeks apart. This can be altered to meet your needs. I’ll establish coaching circles so your leaders can continue the mentorship culture long after the programme ends.

To take your results to the next level, combine the Leadership Development programme with one-on-one leadership coaching (also available as a stand alone).

 
 

PEOPLE & CULTURE Consulting
