If you are like the other executives I coach, you are clever, smart and well intentioned. Your job is dealing with strategy and problem solving. The days on the tools are getting fewer and fewer as your job relies on getting things done through other people. 

You are already successful, you get things done efficiently and have got it all together. Well, that’s what it looks like on the outside anyway.

On the inside, there is a lot going on. You dread having to deal with THAT person again who pushes your buttons, having to sit through yet another unproductive meeting that you just can’t seem to call out as such, or have yet another go at getting people on board with your strategy. Each coaching engagement is for a minimum of 6 sessions, normally spaced over 3 months. Sessions are booked in no more frequently than fortnightly and no less frequently than monthly.

Coaching is supported with a leadership manual, a copy of Leadership for the Fourth Age and coaching software.

Clients have access to Mel in between times for on the spot advice and guidance.
