It is vital to plug into what makes people human, to connect at a deeper level, to understand all that they can bring to their lives and organisations, and in so doing unlock new levels of engagement, inspiration, not to mention productivity. The future of work more than ever requires collaboration, appropriate risk-taking, transparency and the ability to act and decide quickly.
