Hi, I’m Mel Roswell
As co-founder of the technology success story Vend, I scaled the people and culture function from 0 to 250 worldwide. I have experienced first hand the ups, downs and sideways of rapid growth and entrepreneurship.
As a Neuroleadership trained coach, I help my clients find a new way forward, and unlock new levels in self-leadership or help them navigate the leadership of their team.
With experience across a range of sectors from high tech, to architecture, healthcare, veterinary services, consultancy, retail and fashion, and with my natural empathy and curiosity, I can quickly "get under the hood" and find out what is really going on.
In her coaching, Mel teaches leadership by modelling leadership with equal amounts of head and heart.
Throughout our sessions together I’ve found her to be relatable, open and flexible, and together we’ve reached a great outcome.
