As co-founder of the technology success story Vend, I scaled the people and culture function from 0 to 250 worldwide. I have experienced first hand the ups, downs and sideways of rapid growth and entrepreneurship. I know what it’s like to sell the dream, rally the team, manage the investors, fight fires, all whilst having the knowledge that whatever happens, you need to make the fortnightly payroll.

As a Neuroleadership trained coach, I have worked with dozens of clients on their own individual journey, helping them find a new way forward, and unlock new levels in self leadership or help them navigate leadership of their team
